Asia Search Partners was founded by Molly Cliff Bersani and Melissa Pereira who have collectively more than twenty-five years of on-the-ground experience as legal recruiters in Asia. Matthew Bersani, ex Asia MP of Shearman & Sterling Hong Kong joins us in September 2020. Matthew has more than three decades of experience working in Hong Kong and Beijing and through his network of business and professional connections will help expand the firms’ Asian business. Our team also includes lateral law firm expert Erle Pereira, ex Allen & Overy, Simmons & Simmons and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
