JV “Asia Trans Gas” LLC, established on the basis of the Foundation agreement between National Holding Company “Uzbekneftegaz” (Uzbek side) and Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited (Chinese side), was registered in Tashkent city of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 30, 2008. JV “Asia Trans Gas” LLC, responsible for the construction and operation of the Uzbek section of the Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan-China transnational gas pipeline, contributes to the economic and social development of the PRC and the Republic of Uzbekistan, benefiting the peoples of the two countries. The grandiose project implemented by JV “Asia Trans Gas” LLC has filled with life the pulsating energy artery connecting peace and friendship, progress and development, and has become an excellent model for the implementation of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, the concept of “Mutual Connectivity and Access” and the development strategy of New Uzbekistan.
