Michael Chan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development, investment management, and corporate strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Business Development and Strategy at AsiaSat since January 2018, Michael leads the transformation of the company into an integrated telecom services provider, overseeing M&A activities and partnerships in Asia. Previously held key positions, including Director of Corporate Development at Emperor Motion Pictures, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance the cinema business, and Director of Investment Management at Sinobo Group, focusing on investment platforms and risk management. Additional experience includes Vice President roles at Asia Capital Re and Celestial Pictures, as well as investment banking at Merrill Lynch.
