Zac Chen has work experience in two companies. Zac started their career at Inbound Asia as a Performance Specialist from July 2016 to February 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing Google ads, Facebook ads, bing, and Yahoo native. Zac excelled in defining PPC account structures and bidding strategies, and was familiar with various advertising platforms such as UAC ads, Google Display Ads, DPA, DSA, Google Search, and Search Ads.

Following their time at Inbound Asia, Zac joined AsiaYo as a Consumer Product Manager in March 2018. Zac later took on the role of Product Owner (SEO) in June 2019. As a Consumer Product Manager, Zac focused on user growth through consumer-centric features and platform integration. Zac Chen attended Tamkang University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. These include "Process Data from Dirty to Clean" in July, "Prepare Data for Exploration" in June, "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions" in May, and "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" in April.
