Brian Close has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing solutions and CRM. Brian is currently working as an Architect, Digital Marketing Solutions at ASICS Digital. Prior to that, they worked at GoodRx as a SFMC Solutions Architect, where they implemented foundational SFMC architectural changes and operationalized business processes using Sales Cloud, SFMC Cloud pages, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

In these roles, they managed email deployment specialists, orchestrated the deployment of email campaigns, and set up and maintained purchase and subscription data feeds into SFMC, resulting in targeted marketing campaigns that increased customer engagement and conversion.

Brian Close completed their education at the University of Cincinnati from 1987 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator certification in November 2020, the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant certification in September 2019, and the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification in September 2019.
