Ben MacKay

Ben MacKay has worked in the software and technology industry since 2003. In that time, they have held a variety of roles, including Senior Developer and Production Manager at Indicina, Project Engineer at PACCAR, Senior Developer at The Socrates Group, Director of Development at the Institute for Dental Education and Leadership Success, Senior Application Architect & Lead Developer at Surge, Senior Project Manager & Solutions Architect at Advantage Factory, Head Soccer Coach at Northwest United FC, Assistant Coach - Girls Varsity Soccer and Head Coach - Boys Varsity Soccer at Burlington-Edison High School, and VP Engineering, Senior Software Architect at Asignio. In each role, Ben has utilized their technical and project management background to create and manage software as a service (SaaS) solutions, develop user interfaces, and oversee project roadmaps. Ben has also worked to build team cohesion and lead teams to state championships.

Ben MacKay has a Master of Science degree in Technical Communication from the University of Washington, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Ben also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Brigham Young University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, Ben has obtained several certifications, including a US Soccer National B Coaching License from USSoccer in 2018, a 3 Dimensional Coaching Certificate from 3D Institute in 2016, an Advanced National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, and a National C Soccer Coaching License from USSoccer.
