Bret and his business partner started their own employee benefit brokerage firm (Arlen Group) in 1995, which became part of Alliant in 2010. He has over 25 years of experience as an industry-leading employee benefit consultant and has assisted employers in a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, and professional services. He currently oversees a team of consultants who specialize in guiding medium and large employers through complex insurance, compliance, communication and administration challenges.
