Ilya Kuchuk

As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Dr. Kuchuk leads AsisChem’s senior management team in setting the company’s strategic direction, while engaging directly with customers and partners from around the world. He has over twenty years of experience in industry and university research with an extensive background in general management and business development. His prior experience includes his work for Starks Associates where he excelled in process development and preparation of drug candidates and became an expert in a variety of custom projects. He also worked for Scoros International, Inc. managing dedicated R&D operations for its clients and served as a President of ILLA International, world leader in licensing of phenol technologies. Dr. Kuchuk received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from St. Petersburg State University, followed by postdoctoral trainings and fellowships at Göttingen University, the Ohio State University and University of Indiana, Bloomington.
