Jim Archibald

Jim Archibald has a comprehensive work experience in the metal casting industry. Jim started their career at Deere & Company as an Engineering Analyst, specializing in materials and process control. After that, they worked at Ashland Performance Materials, where they held various roles including Senior Business Development Manager in Asia, Senior Product Manager, and North American Marketing Manager. Jim also served as the Director of The Cast Metals Institute. Later, they joined ASK-Chemicals L.P. as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for brand management, strategic growth development, and product management. Jim then transitioned to ASK Chemicals L.P. as the Director of Design Services and Product Specialists. Currently, Jim is the Senior Consultant and Owner at ARCH LLC.

Jim Archibald completed a B to B Marketing degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Communications, and Chemistry from Otterbein University between 1985 and 1989. Additionally, they pursued Chemistry Marketing courses at the University of Northern Iowa from 1981 to 1983. In 2013, Jim participated in the Developing Executive Leadership program offered by the American Management Association, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
