About ASK Consulting
ASK Consultation and Support was built from the inside out. Founder Kelly Swindler, BCBA, M.S. spent years in special education classrooms before launching ASK — and that classroom experience is what separates us from firms that consult from a distance. We partner with districts and families to deliver behavioral support that actually works in real rooms, with real students, in real routines.

Our approach combines clinical expertise with a systems mindset. That means we don’t just place professionals—we design support models, improve outcomes, and stay involved to ensure consistency and impact.

The name ASK carries personal meaning. Kelly named the company to honor her grandmother Sandy and cousin Amanda — two women whose careers in social work and occupational therapy inspired her path. ASK stands for Advocacy. Support. Knowledge. — the three pillars that guide every partnership we build.

We’re currently expanding across Illinois, with plans to grow into Indiana.

👉 If you're a district looking for reliable behavioral support—or a clinician looking to make an impact—we’d love to connect.
