Sarah Smith serves as the Head of Portfolio Monitoring at ASK Partners since April 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Portfolio Monitoring CRE at OakNorth Bank, managing a £5bn portfolio of commercial real estate-backed loan facilities, and serving as a Senior Commercial Banker at Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included the management of a commercial real estate lending portfolio and establishing a £250m forward flow arrangement with a private equity fund partner. At Victoria Asset Management, Sarah held the position of Senior Vice President, focusing on the restructuring and workout of distressed commercial real estate loan portfolios, and previously worked as a Vice President managing non-performing loans across multiple European countries. The career began at Nationwide Building Society, where over 26 years were spent in various roles within the Commercial Real Estate Lending Division. Sarah holds a degree in Law from the Institute of Legal Executives, obtained at Booth Lane College.
