We are an interdisciplinary team that has led multiple national PRO implementation efforts over the last decade for PRO use in clinical care and research. While our initial work was PRO implementation among older adults with knee and hip arthritis seeking orthopedic care, we extrapolated these methods to PRO collection in non-operative care, shared decision-making, annual wellness visits, and patient self-care.
