Francis Lee

Francis Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Workforce and Skills Transformation at @ASK Training. They previously held positions as Deputy Director at e2i and the National Trades Union Congress, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing employment and employability in various capacities. Francis began their career at the Ministry of Manpower, where they developed a holistic skill set that included labor relations and policy development. They hold a Master's degree in Southeast Asian Studies from the National University of Singapore and a Professional Diploma in Employment Relations from the OTC Labour Leadership Institute.
