Imran Hans

Imran Hans has spent the last nine years at JLA Group in various roles, including Head of Finance and Head of Corporate Development, focusing on M&A, international expansion, and strategic financial planning. Prior to JLA, Imran accumulated seven years of experience in M&A Transaction Services at KPMG and Grant Thornton, conducting financial due diligence for private equity, corporates, and lenders. A qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), they possess strong commercial acumen and have successfully built relationships with key stakeholders. Currently, Imran serves as Director/Owner at HansFin Advisory Limited and Head of M&A at ASK4, while seeking influential roles within private equity or growth environments. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bradford and A Levels in Economics, Computing, and Business Studies from Heckmondwike Grammar School.
