Neil McCormick

Neil McCormick currently serves as the Network Build Programme Director at ASK4 Ltd, overseeing the strategy and implementation of a new network to enhance cost efficiency and provide value across the UK's sites. Previously, Neil was the Director of Project/Program Management Services at McCormick Project Services Limited, successfully revitalizing a struggling rural delivery project for 16,000 homes. Prior experience includes working as a Program Manager at WeLink Communications UK, where Neil established internal processes and selected software for customer relations, and as a Customer Delivery Manager at CityFibre, managing team and project implementations. Neil's career began with project management roles, including Project Manager at SCD Group Limited. Neil holds a BSc Hons in Project Management from Leeds Beckett University.
