Rob Needham

Rob Needham is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Software Development Director at ASK4 Ltd since January 2025, Rob previously held the position of Director of Engineering at RLDatix from November 2022 to January 2025. Earlier, roles included PM at Vouch/Goodlord and Head of QHSE Development at Ideagen Plc, where Rob coordinated over 50 team members utilizing an agile methodology. With a long tenure at Qualsys Ltd as Technical Director and Infrastructure Manager, Rob led the transition from waterfall to agile development practices. Educational credentials include a Business/Commerce degree from Cambridge Judge Business School, a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD), and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University.
