Pedro Passos

Pedro Passos currently serves as the Head of Outsourcing at askblue since January 2024. Prior to this role, Pedro held various positions including Business Unit Manager for Technologies & Shared Service Centers at Randstad Portugal from April 2018 to December 2023, Country Manager at Degetel from January 2014 to March 2016, Director of the Outsourcing Department at Primesoft from November 2009 to December 2013, and Senior Business Manager at Altran Portugal from October 2003 to September 2009. Pedro commenced a professional career as an Industrial Engineer at Plasbene from June 2002 to September 2003 and as an Intern Engineer in R&D at Rio Tinto for a brief period in early 2002. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engenharia Materiais from Instituto Superior Técnico (1996-2003) and a Master in Hotel Management from Escola Superior Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril (2015-2017).
