Anders Farstad

Anders Farstad is the managing director of Hval Gard and Vepsebolet Kindergartens at Asker kommune, a role they have held since 1989. Previously, they served as managing director at Bondi Barnehage from 1981 to 1989. Anders specializes in various innovative approaches to kindergarten management, including Nature Kindergartens and the integration of "Talking and Thinking Floorbooks" into practice, alongside extensive lecturing both nationally and internationally. They hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from B-I, Oslo, and have completed multiple degrees related to leadership and pedagogy.
