Steve Cox

Steve Cox is a seasoned executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Asker Healthcare Group and as a Senior Advisor at ReachX, both since April 2024. As the Founder and Managing Director of Elixir Corporate Limited since December 2002, Steve has collaborated with numerous corporate and NHS Trust stakeholders to facilitate asset licensing, strategic partnerships, and M&A activities. Previous roles include Chief Business Officer at Sutura Therapeutics, where innovations in RNA therapy were prioritized, and Chief Executive Officer at RAIR Health, where significant partnerships in NHS data access were established. With extensive experience in corporate development and equity research from positions at IQVIA, Matrix Corporate Capital LLP, Commerzbank AG, and UBS, Steve holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Banking from Bayes Business School.
