Jacob Thavenius is currently pursuing a degree in the Läkarprogrammet at Karolinska Institutet, having started in January 2023. Jacob has gained diverse experience in customer service and healthcare roles, serving as a Customer Experience Representative at ASKET since June 2021, and as a Vårdbiträde at Ersta diakoni since May 2024.
