Erik Randall

Erik Randall is a seasoned professional in channel sales and network design, currently serving as the Director of Channel Sales at Askey since October 2025. Previously, Erik held the position of Channel Manager at Baicells Technologies from May 2022 to October 2025, and was a Regional Technical Manager/Product Manager at Winncom Technologies from March 2018 to May 2022, where expertise in wireless network design and budgeting was demonstrated. Early in the career, Erik served as a Solutions Engineer at AiRISTA, focusing on the design and installation of network solutions, as well as a Network Design Engineer at Tessco, LLC, providing technical consulting and network designs. Erik’s background also includes roles as a Network Technician at Lumos Fiber and Field Service Technician at Cox Communications. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Certificate in Electronic Technology from New Horizons Regional Education Center.
