Matt Lockaby

Matt Lockaby is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lockaby PLLC, where they advise small and midsized businesses on corporate and M&A matters while also acting as outside general counsel. They provide extensive legal support across various sectors, including workplace law, transactional matters, and litigation. Lockaby's career includes serving as a Partner at Reminger Co., LPA, and as an Attorney at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC. They hold a B.A. in English from Centre College and a JD from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Additionally, Lockaby is actively involved in strategic advisory roles and board memberships.
