The Other Delivery segment is engaged in the provision of transportation services of small-lot cargos for corporations. As of May 20, 2013, the Company had six consolidated subsidiaries. On February 21, 2013, the Company merged with a wholly owned subsidiary, which is engaged in mail-order sales through Internet for individuals. On July 31, 2014, it fully acquired a Japan-based company. On August 15, it fully acquired and merged with Shouri.
