James Gozney

James Gozney is the Founder and CEO of Aslan, a London-based payroll-embedded rewards company, a role held since 2022. They also serve as an angel investor, a position they have held since 2012. Their prior roles include board observer work for Primary Group (2020–2022) in Bermuda and supervisory council observer for Luminor Group (2019–2022), along with a private equity background at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (2014–2016) and analyst work at J.P. Morgan Cazenove (2010–2013). They held board positions at Policy Expert (2020–2022) and LeasePlan (2020–2022). They earned a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol (First Class Honours) after attending Eton College on an academic scholarship.
