Aslan Ventures is a boutique private equity real estate investment firm. Founded in 2014, we bring together private investors to fund commercial real estate projects in the Research Triangle Park region of North Carolina.

Aslan Ventures makes it easy to invest in a collection of medium-sized projects.  We have consistently delivered double digit annual returns through a strategy that focuses on value creation and risk mitigation.

Aslan Ventures’ focus on maximizing returns rather than growing the fund’s size. The largest investor is the General Partner who created the fund when he could not find a similar investment option.
