Molly Minnick

Molly Minnick has a diverse work experience with various roles in the food service industry. Molly is currently working as a Catering & Sales Manager at ASM Global since January 2022. Prior to that, they co-owned and managed Minnick Family Farm since July 2020. Molly also worked at Sodexo as a Retail Ops Manager III from June 2015 to July 2020, where they were responsible for client relations and profitability of a multi-site contract. Molly also held the position of General Manager/District Safety Coordinator at Sodexo, overseeing a staff of 5 and implementing labor management strategies. Molly has earlier experience at CulinArt Managed Dining Services, where they worked as an Account Manager and later as a Catering Operations Supervisor. Molly handled menu creation, food cost management, and customer relationships. Before that, they worked at Buca di Beppo as a Sales Coordinator and Lead Hostess, responsible for event planning, guest services, and networking. Molly also interned at Shiraz Events as an Assistant Catering Director, providing administrative and culinary support. Molly started their career as a Prep & Line Cook at August Henry's and Amalfi's.

Molly Minnick attended The Art Institutes from 2008 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Management.
