Frank Debacker

Frank Debacker is a Learning Technology Specialist at ASM International since July 2010, where responsibilities include managing the Moodle LMS and leading the deployment of 130 to 140 continuing education courses. Prior experience includes a role as a Web Developer at Case Western Reserve University in 2008-2009, focusing on improving the online registration process and data flow. From 1988 to 2007, Frank held multiple positions at Penton Media, culminating as Department Head of Digital Production Technology, where oversight included managing a team and delivering press-ready materials. Additionally, as Electronic Development Manager, contributions included creating software solutions to enhance print and online processes. Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
