Ami Eitan is currently the SVP and Chief Scientific Officer at ASMPT, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, from 2021 to 2025, they served as a Director at TSMC, and before that, they worked at Intel Corporation from 2009 to 2021 as an Assembly Technology Development Engineering Manager and Senior Principal Engineer, among other roles. Ami earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2004, and is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Chemistry at the Weizmann Institute of Science, along with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
