Agency Sector Management (ASM) is the UK’s leading provider of Customs and forwarding software to freight forwarders worldwide.

Our heritage stretches back to 1986 when ASM was formed as a representative body for the air freight industry by the Institute of Freight Forwarders (now BIFA), and we commissioned our first software in 1994.

Today, our unique Sequoia Customs Clearance and Freight Management Platform provides the highest levels of productivity, connectivity, compliance, and reliability.

Sequoia allows our clients to save time and resource on every-day functions, and a simple yet comprehensive Web Services API eradicates double keying by seamlessly integrating with 3rd party systems.

Our elected Board of working freight executives perform their duties voluntarily, – we have no equity partners to satisfy and our profits are always reinvested into the business.

New features and products are added to our software as soon as we see that it will make the lives of our users better, and not simply when it is financially viable – our extensive industry experience means we understand the market changes far more rapidly than that!

We help shape the future forwarding landscape in your favour.
