Manz is an entrepreneur with leadership roles across hospitality ventures. They were a partner at Swiss Hospitality Partners from 2007 to 2022. They currently serve as Chairman of the Board at ASMALLWORLD (since 2020), are a co-founder of Swiss Hospitality Collection (since 2012), and sit on the board of Hotel Oro Verde Guayaquil (since 2008). They co-founded Manzoni AG (2015–2018) and earned an MBA in Finance from SDA Bocconi in 2005 and a Master of Music in Piano from Konservatorium Zürich in 2002.
