Chandra Clouden

Chandra Clouden has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Attorney Hiring Manager at Alston & Bird LLP, where they managed various HR responsibilities and focused on workforce planning and talent acquisition. In 2014, they moved to 3D Systems Corporation and held several roles, including Director of Corporate Recruiting, Director of Human Resources-Americas, and Director-HR Business Partner. In these positions, Chandra provided strategic HR support, managed employee relations, coached executives, and implemented HR policies and programs. In 2017, they joined The Remi Group as the Director of Human Resources and later became the VP of Human Resources, providing leadership and guidance for the company's human capital initiatives. Their most recent role is with ASME as Chief Human Resources Officer, where they are responsible for strategic planning and implementing HR policies and programs to enable staff recruitment, development, and motivation. Chandra is dedicated to translating business strategies into talent strategies that drive performance-based cultures.

Chandra Clouden has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
