Joe Baldry

Joe Baldry is currently a Mechanical Engineering student at California State University, Long Beach, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree. As a Vice President of Research & Development for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Joe engages in leadership and innovation within the field. In the past, they have worked as a CAD Technician at Czinger Vehicles, contributing to the design of powertrain systems for hypercars and serving as an Engineering Intern focusing on software and electrical components. Joe also coaches middle school saxophonists, fostering a love for music while emphasizing fundamental techniques. Additionally, they are a founding member and Powertrain Engineer with Elbee Racing’s FSAE EV program, developing new electric vehicle powertrain designs.
