Leon Ta is currently an HR Intern at ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers), having started in October 2025. Previously, Leon held positions as an HR Technology Intern at Insulet Corporation from June 2024 to December 2024, and as an Organizational Development and Learning Intern at the Federal Reserve Board from May 2025 to August 2025, where tasks included utilizing AI to enhance mentoring programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Super Purposes™ from July 2023 to December 2023, focusing on talent sourcing and employee departure processes, as well as working as a Resident Assistant at UMD Resident Life between May 2021 and December 2023, addressing emergency situations and ensuring resident safety. Leon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Maryland, expected to graduate in 2024.
