Loretta McHugh

Loretta McHugh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Quality at Henke Sass Wolf of America since September 2003, Loretta's background includes roles as a Quality Engineer and Development Engineer at Wyman Gordon, where expertise in aerospace forgings and Six Sigma methodologies was demonstrated. Active in professional organizations, Loretta has held various leadership positions within the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, including past chair of the Women in Engineering Committee and the Committee on Early Career Development. Additionally, Loretta is a board member of MDG Boston and has contributed as a government relations coordinator for the Society of Women Engineers. Educational credentials include a BS in mechanical engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Nichols College.
