Ad van Tilburg

Ad Van Tilburg has extensive experience in knowledge management, having worked at ASML since 1995, where roles have included Knowledge Manager and responsibilities within the CDP and Knowledge Exchange and Innovation department. In these positions, Ad has focused on facilitating field knowledge exchange, developing learning opportunities, and overseeing projects within the training department. Ad also contributed to the implementation of educational design models and the REAL process. Prior to ASML, Ad worked as a Technical Support professional at Navtech from May 1994 to May 1995. Ad holds a Drs degree in Toegepaste Onderwijskunde from the University of Twente, earned between 2000 and 2007.
