Aditya Harsh graduated with a Master’s in Science in Applied Earth Sciences from TU Delft in August 2017. They began their career at ASML as an ORMIT Project Management trainee in the EUV Factory Upgrades Integration team and progressed through various roles, culminating in their current position as NPI Program Manager in EUV Manufacturing. Through their diverse experiences, Aditya has consistently led multiple new product introductions in manufacturing, demonstrating a commitment to innovative problem-solving in a dynamic, multicultural environment. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology.
