Alan Chen

Alan Chen is a Supply Chain Quality Manager with extensive experience in supplier quality improvements and technical development. They achieved significant cost reductions through collaboration with sourcing and engineering teams, leading to a "Cost Saving Award" at the 2024 ASML Supplier Day. In previous roles, Alan drove production optimization and quality enhancements, exceeding targets and improving process efficiency. They also possess a background in mechanical engineering, holding a Master's degree from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's degree from National Central University. Additionally, Alan is a WHO-certified acupuncturist and traditional massage therapist.
