Alco Looije

Alco Looije is a Group Lead and SAFe Release Train Engineer at ASML, where they specialize in signal processing, digital electronics, systems engineering, and requirements engineering. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Haagse Hogeschool and a Master’s in Information Theory and Systems from Delft University of Technology, Alco has held various engineering roles since 1993, including significant positions at Welch Allyn, Cardio Control, and MAPPER Lithography. During their tenure at MAPPER, Alco developed advanced functional modules for E-beam lithography machines, achieving notable innovations and overseeing compliance with industry safety standards.
