Algon Boer

Algon Boer has extensive experience in management roles across various industries, including a long tenure at ING from September 1986 to September 1999 in diverse senior management functions. After serving in senior management positions at Van Lanschot from September 1999 to January 2006, Algon Boer continued to develop expertise in project and programme management at Financiele Dienstverlening until October 2008. Subsequently, Algon Boer worked as a management consultant at Pentascope from July 2014 to May 2016 and held the position of transition manager at Nederlandse Spoorwegen from March 2015 to June 2016. As the founder of I Xplore Today since October 2009, Algon Boer has been focused on organizational change, currently serving as an organizational change manager at ASML since February 2023. An academic background includes a master's degree in Dutch Law from Utrecht University earned between 1978 and 1984, along with certification as a Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner in 2010.
