Ali Capar is an engineering leader with extensive expertise in structured problem solving and authentic leadership, influenced by a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) academic background. They have held roles at ARÇELİK AŞ as an R&D Engineer from 2009 to 2014, and later at BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group as a Senior Hardware Engineer and Head of Section, where they directed electronic hardware development efforts.
