Andrei Petrov

Andrei Petrov has over a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in lithography, plasma etching, and deposition. They have held various engineering roles at ASML, including Application Engineer and Workstream Lead, where they led customer node transition projects and developed innovative methodologies. Prior to ASML, Andrei worked at MAPPER Lithography as a Senior Process Development Engineer and contributed to process flows for MEMS manufacturing. Additionally, Andrei completed a PhD candidacy at Ivanovo State University of Chemistry and Technology, where they researched atmospheric pressure plasma and supervised student projects. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Microelectronics from the same university.
