Andreia Alexandrino

Andreia Alexandrino is currently the Sourcing & Supply Chain Organizational Development Manager at ASML, where they drive transformation by engaging over 1,500 employees to adopt new skills and processes. Previously, they held various roles in supply chain management and human resources at ASML from 2017 to 2021. Andreia's earlier experience includes working as an R&D Packaging Engineer at SC Johnson and as a Packaging Development Technologist at HJ Heinz, contributing to significant project management and technical innovations. They began their career as an R&D Trainee at Logoplaste, where they conducted research leading to a Master’s Dissertation. Andreia holds a Master of Engineering in Materials Engineering from the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia - Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
