Anthony Ngai has extensive experience in the field of system engineering, particularly with ASML, where a career spanning from September 2007 to the present includes roles such as System Engineer DUV imaging i-line, Integration Cluster Architect for In Device Metrology, and Architect for Sensors - Light Sources. Prior to ASML, Anthony Ngai completed a Ph.D. in non-linear lasers, laser spectroscopy, and trace gases in life science at Radboud University Nijmegen, where research focused on the spectroscopic applications of continuous wave Optical Parametric Oscillators.
