APARNA THANDAVAN

Aparna Thandavan has extensive experience in quality management and process improvement across various industries. Beginning a career as a Process Developer at GE Capital from May 2000 to January 2002, Aparna advanced to roles including Regional Quality Manager at ICICI Bank and Senior Manager of Business Excellence at Bharti Walmart. Key achievements include spearheading Lean Six Sigma initiatives at Philips Electronics, leading Continuous Improvement as Director at both Philips and Signify, and managing complex product delivery at ASML. Educational qualifications include a PGPM in Marketing & Finance from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Hindu College, and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Indian Statistical Institute.
