Arianne Bijma

Arianne Bijma has extensive experience in project management, innovation consultancy, and talent engagement across various sectors. From October 2010 to December 2013, Arianne worked as a Project Manager at Syntens, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship projects primarily for government clients. Previous roles include Innovation Consultant at UNIDO (2003-2005), where Arianne conducted consultancy projects in Tanzania, Germany, and The Netherlands, and as a self-employed consultant at Arcana Consultancy (1999-2006), advising governments and organizations on innovation and sustainability. Arianne also served as Program Manager at Nieuwe Kamer van Koophandel and has been a member of the accreditation committee at Ccto since February 2020. In January 2025, Arianne will take on roles at ASML as Global Head of Talent Engagement and University Relations. Arianne studied at Delft University of Technology from 1992 to 1999.
