Arij Rijke

Arij Rijke has over a decade of experience in the field of engineering physics, specializing in optical systems and semiconductor production. Currently serving as an IC Architect Productivity at ASML since 2013, Arij has held various roles including Project Architect for EXE Productivity and D&E onsite expert in Taiwan, where support was provided for N5 EUV high volume manufacturing and the coaching of local teams. Previous positions included design engineering roles focusing on EUV and DUV illumination, with responsibilities encompassing functional design, verification processes, and supplier interactions. Arij earned a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology, where research centered on ceramic metal-halide high-intensity discharge lamps, and has also contributed as a Development Engineer at TMC Physics.
