Arjen Damstra

Arjen Damstra is a business-oriented Innovation Manager with over 12 years of experience in the consumer electronics and lighting sectors. They held positions as European Product Marketing Manager at Philips Lighting, where they directed office lighting strategies in Europe, and as Head of Audit Non-finance and GSO at Philips Lighting, providing assurance on risks through global audits. Arjen served as a Project Leader in Advanced Innovation at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, where they developed a system for televisions that optimized viewing experiences, resulting in two patent applications. Currently, Arjen is pursuing a Master’s degree in Control Engineering/Embedded Systems at Universiteit Twente.
