Austin Peng

Austin Peng is a Principal Software Engineer at ASML, specializing in imaging software product design and development, advanced technology feasibility studies, and core numerical algorithm development. Prior to this role, Austin served as a Graduate Researcher at UC Davis, where significant contributions included pioneering models in topological insulators and enhancing the performance of nanowire-based devices. Additionally, Austin held positions at the State Key Laboratory for Artificial Microstructure and Mesoscopic Physics, conducting vital research on photogalvanic effects in heterostructures. Austin earned a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from the University of California, Davis, after obtaining a B.S. in Physics from Peking University.
