Ayse Yesil is a Senior Design Engineer at ASML, where they have been working since 2020. They are an ambitious and self-motivated computational statistical physicist specializing in the development of numerical codes and algorithms for complex scientific problems. Ayse completed a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at Bilkent University in 2016, following a Master's degree in the same field. They also served as a Postdoctoral Scientist at EPFL from 2016 to 2019, where they developed a CFD software package utilizing C++ and various tools. Prior to this, Ayse was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Bilkent University from 2011 to 2016, delivering theoretical lectures in advanced physics topics.
