Balkrishna Patankar

Balkrishna Patankar is currently a Performance Architect for EUV Wafer Clamps at ASML, where they lead efforts to enhance product performance and reliability. Previously, Balkrishna held roles at ASML as both a field performance architect and a lead engineer for EUV pellicles, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making. Their earlier experience includes working as a CFD Engineer at IBIS Power and conducting research as an assistant at the National Chemical Laboratory. Balkrishna earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and a Master's degree from Eindhoven University of Technology.
